B2B Sales and Tech Sales Representative with English (m/f/d)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included.

  • Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call and video interview)

  • Work in the office in Athens

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Make outbound calls to generate leads from small and medium businesses

  • Work with the client to develop a plan, identifying target companies and prospects

  • Schedule meetings and pass leads to other sales teams

  • Engage in discussions with senior executives at target companies

  • Meet or exceed the monthly lead generation quota

  • Qualify potential opportunities and handle objections

  • Research and grow both new and existing accounts

  • Sales and Upselling (Inbound and Outbound)

  • Make daily calls/emails to decision-makers, build rapport, identify needs, and close sales

  • Explain the client's products and solutions to businesses of different sizes

  • Run outbound campaigns to engage prospective customers interested in the client's products

  • Lead outbound campaigns from initial contact to deal closure

  • Develop best practices for sales interactions and workflows

  • Meet or exceed the monthly sales quota

  • Contact existing customers to upsell additional products or services

  • Handle small technical issues or refer them to the appropriate teams

What you will need:

  • High level of English language (at least C2)

  • Experience required: 2 years proven experience in sales and experience with CRM systems

  • Communication skills

  • Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things

  • Some experience in outbound or B2B sales, or business development, preferably in IT

  • Basic understanding of cloud computing, like Google Cloud Platform solutions

What you will gain:

  • Full time contract

  • Salary: 1300 euros gross x 14 months

  • Performance Bonus up to: 260 euros gross per month
